Amazing experience from start to finish. The staff is welcoming and professional, always a huge bonus when you are nervous.my appointment was on time. Since this was during my work day I appreciated that courtesy. Dr. Ferzli was very kind, super knowledgeable and extremely patient. He thoroughly answering all of my questions and I had many. He explained exactly what he would be doing and what I could expect. I have never had such a positive experience with a physician. I would highly recommend Dr. Ferzli!
