This modality is called FaceTite. It is a larger probe that is inserted below the skin and heats the tissue both internally and externally. This causes the skin to shrink wrap and the fat to be heated up and redistributed. You would tumesce under local for this procedure but the patient will be wide awake and comfortable. It may be used primarily for jowl tightening and neck lift.

WHO IS the FaceTite candidate?

• Gap Patients: Those not severe enough for a facelift, and not enough elasticity of the skin for liposuction.
• Sideline Patients: All potential patients that are candidates for facelift‘s, but have not had surgery due to concerns about scarring and general anesthesia.
• Maintenance Patients: Patients who have had previous surgeries, but have had early recurrence laxity, and are too early to repeat
